If you are considering buying a used car, bring it to us first.  Japanese Auto Service will check the vehicle over very thoroughly.  This can save you from buying a lemon or give you added bargaining power when setting your price with the seller.

Our used car check includes:

• Test drive: check cruise control, shaking when braking, vibrations, shifting, lights, handling, shocks and struts, tires, AWD, 4WD and any noises like wheel bearings etc.
• Inspection: Ensure all warning indicators work, check over for rust, damage, body work, poor paint jobs, all accessories (windows, mirrors etc), leaks, tire pressure and tread, all fluids, load test battery, look for water damage etc.
• Scan Test:  All OBDII (1996 and newer) are scanned for codes, pending codes and historical codes.
• Compression test: We offer a compression test for added cost, depending on the vehicle model and engine.
